 When fitted to the stroller, you will sacrifice the Toro’s one-handed fold and the ATK locks the front wheels straight so it impact maneuverability on the street. However,
the ATK is easily removable to fold the stroller: simply pop off the wheels, remove the support bar and replace the swivel wheels and your Toro is ready for the city streets
